62/365 – On A Diet program

My initially try at erasing my backtalk. It’s not extremely fantastic, I lost a lot of detail and…haha, I really took the skin from my narrow part, adjusted the levels and curves, pasted it over my backtalk, and then worked the stamp tool. I’m fastidious here are far better techniques to doing this.
For FF: Hello, I am on a diet regime! It’s an conduct experiment to see if I have enough self-control to stay away from rice and beer for a week. I’m in suspense to shed 5 pounds 
And ooh, I’ve been working out, too.
And for GTWL: Normal light. I force’ve edited the heck out of this but all my shots are taken in all-natural light (due to the detail I have a sucky camera, bah) heh.
Ooh, and for TOTW: Approach!
A buddy also noticed with the intention of I have a generous plate. The plate wasn’t centered so I had to point out it with the pen tool, duplicated the layer, and then transformed it to make it larger and a bit far more centered

Ed Abramson isn’t your day after day diet program guru. Yes, he writes books and gives lectures, talks and suggestions. But this Montclair psychologist is a typical guy — part couch potato, aspect gym rat. In actuality, at times he even has a doughnut right after Sunday morning walks with the guys.
